The Grainstore is one of four beautifully restored barn conversions located within Moor farm, set in idyllic countryside only half a mile from the picturesque village of Godshill. Here you can get away from it all, with walks and a cycle path literally on your doorstep! On the farm we have pigs, chickens, ducks & quails which provide wholesome entertainment for children and adults alike! Fresh eggs can be purchased from our small honesty shop when available. The cottage is well equipped, you will have your own private garden with patio, outdoor table and chairs, BBQ & a fire pit. For the colder months you can get cosy indoors alongside the wood burning stove.

Wood burning Stove
We provide you with a basket of logs for your stay. There is also underfloor heating throughout, so either way you will be warm and snug.
Accommodation and ferry packages
Book a cottage with us and we are able to offer you a reduced rate ferry ticket for just £95 return.
Fire Pit
Some beautiful sunsets can be enjoyed from the comfort of your garden whilst you are kept warm by your fire pit - or fire ball to be precise! (made here on the Isle of Wight).
Welcome pack
There will be fresh flowers, tea, coffee, biscuits and milk there for you when you arrive - all sourced from local companies.
Bike Store
Bikes can be stored in the farm outbuildings (own locks are adviseable). Beach 4½ miles. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.
Dog Friendly
We welcome pets here at Moor Farm. There are some excellent walks for you to enjoy right on the doorstep and when you are relaxing in the cottage, you can rest assured that the garden is dog secure.
Family Friendly
The Grain Store is suitable for families, with some added family friendly features including black out blinds, children's tableware, highchair and travel cot.
Hot Tub
Hire a hot tub for your stay! This will be placed in your garden - a great spot to enjoy one of our stunning sunsets or stargaze! It is a hired in service and therefore an additional cost (£225 for a weekend or 4 nights and £290 for 7 nights)

A plethora of amenities are within easy reach from this terraced barn conversion, which nestles in a picturesque setting with countryside views.
Games area
Our open sided barn houses a table tennis table and a few ride on toys for the toddlers.
